Anajak is many things - a classic Thai restaurant on most days, a backyard party every Tuesday (Thai Taco Tuesday or TTT), and an omakase restaurant for 3 nights a month. I’m honored to have breaking bread with the Anajak family led by James Beard winner chef Justin Pichetrungsi as well as documenting their excellence.
Sunrose
I followed owners Marc and Carie Hernandez for 6-months in their journey to building their dream restaurant Sunrose in Agoura Hills.
When chef Scott Boggs and chef Travon Oliver were developing the menu, I was by their side to document the process - from plating, tasting, to how the dish looks.
